ABOUT EMILY
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
I've worked in the property industry for over 20 years and have a passion for architecture and interior design. In addition to the projects I have worked on for my clients, I've also renovated and staged all of my own properties, vastly improving the sale price on each and achieving a sale, in most cases, 24 hours from the first viewing. I quickly learnt that staging works.
I created Key Home Staging to help our clients achieve the best they can from their properties in order for them to move onto the next chapter in their lives. Whether that be a bigger home for a growing family, downsizing, a purchase of an investment property, a development/renovation project or simply giving their current home a new lease of life.
Image is everything when it comes to marketing a property. With the virtual world that we now inhabit, allowing us to not only short list houses that we want to view, but actually view them online; staging your home to sell or to rent has never been more important.
